Nice little session with Alistair. Nicely powered with my 4.5m and Naish Hybrid Freewave. Could probably have done with my 80 ltr slalom board for a bit more speed as it wasn't as choppy as it could be.

Some nice little chop hops though and a couple of good duck gybes too. Didn't stay out long as I'd already been swimming and aqua-jogging and had a slackline session with Morgan planned plus a turbo trainer session and gym workout later.
